Who are your clients/customers?
I have 2 categories of customers:
People who use SendOutCards personally for birthday cards, thank you notes, etc. during the year, and their personal Holiday Cards
Businesses that use SendOutCards strategically throughout the year to both thank clients and referral partners and build the know like and trust factor…THE Relationships… so they stay top of mind year-round.
How do you help your clients/customers?
I provide the help a client needs to get set up with the right account and service, as well as ongoing help with their relationship marketing.
What brought you to this line of work?
I found SendOutCards when I was working for local composer/pianist Michael Allen Harrison and my dad had moved into assisted living in Montana. I first was a customer, using it personally to send cards to family and friends, as well as in my business with my clients. As more and more people asked me how I made the cards totally personalized using pictures, I added the affiliate program to make residual income.
What brings you the most joy in your business?
I love helping create success stories and relationships for people in businesses as well as hearing how much an unexpected, heartfelt card touched someone at exactly the right moment in time.
What defines you/your business?
I believe it is my customer service and attention to detail, as well as my willingness to help as much as I do. My teacher-background and attention to detail also help.
What is the most important thing you want people to know about your business?
I think SendOutCards is the best investment a business or individual can make if they are truly interested in their relationship with their customers, family, and friends. The ease with which you can send one card or one thousand cards saves people time and money…and I have always been frugal with both!! It makes your follow-up efficient and fun and allows you to be as creative as you wish…setting you apart from your competition every time.
