Monthly Executive Mastermind
This is an exclusive opportunity to share the challenges, issues, and concerns you are facing in your business or position with other executives, executive coaches, and business consultants. Held in person, the 90-minute mastermind sessions foster an open conversation where all are given the opportunity to ask for advice, contribute and share their wisdom, and learn from each other. Discussions will be held in confidence. Smaller groups may be formed within each event, depending on the number of members in attendance, to better facilitate productive discussions. Not open to guests.

Monthly Happy Hour
The monthly WtoWNX Happy Hour will be held immediately after the Executive Mastermind for more informal conversation and networking among your peers. Members may attend the Happy Hour only if they wish. These events are intended to foster deeper connections and relationships, strengthen your network of executive businesswomen, and encourage the discovery of opportunities for collaboration and growth. The Happy Hours will be open to invited guests who may attend up to two times before joining WtoWNX.

Quarterly CEO Breakfast
The Quarterly CEO Breakfast will feature an invited female founder or corporate executive who will share her story through an intimate conversational format. You will get a glimpse into the lives of successful women, giving you both knowledge and inspiration to apply in your business and journey. These events will be held in person with a plated breakfast and will be open to both WtoWNX members and guests.

Annual Retreat
An annual retreat will be offered, beginning in the summer of 2024, with content and speakers based on the requests and feedback of WtoWNX members. The intent is to deliver a customized executive-level experience tailored to the specific needs, goals, and priorities of the membership.
