You’re invited by Women to Women Network Member Heide Lindgren.

Join personal trainer and behavior change specialist, Heide Lindgren, in learning to challenge the mindsets that have held you back in your health and wellness and build a realistic plan to move forward with success! Each day for 5 days, you'll receive an email with a video explaining a different concept that keeps people from pursuing a life of health and wellness as well as exercises to help challenge and shift your thoughts that have been holding you back. At the end of the week, we'll all gather for a group coaching call to share what came up and work together to build individualized plans to begin living the healthy life you've dreamed of. It all starts with small steps and it's never too late (or early!) to start!

The event is free and will begin on Saturday, April 13th with the group coaching call taking place the following Saturday, April 20th.
