We know how easy it can be to put your head down and plow through until the new year, often leaving you feeling overwhelmed and often resentful, during a season where you wish to experience more JOY & PRESENCE with those you love.
We've created this workshop to help you be more intentional this holiday season and discover what it is about the holidays that often leads to added stress and resentment, so you can go into the holiday season with a plan.
In this 2.5 hour in-person workshop we will focus on:
--What it is you truly want for the holidays
--What BOUNDARIES really are
--The difference between healthy and unhealthy boundaries
--What SELF-CARE isn’t & the biggest myths about self-care
--The biggest mistake most women make during the holidays that leads to resentment
--How to break free from people pleasing
--Walk away with an action plan and simple tools and to help you in-the-moment when times seem chaotic.
--We spend so much of our day putting others’ needs first. This workshop is the perfect way to SLOW DOWN and go into the holidays with a greater sense of clarity and intention.
Take time for YOU while being in community with other like-minded women.
Don't let the added stress of the holidays steal your joy this year - reserve your spot today!

Is the "Unlock Your Influence" Retreat for you? Are you in a season of change and need to reset? Do you have customers, family, or staff that you want to have a more powerful impact on your interactions?
YES, this retreat is for you!
Do you want to focus on unlocking your influence as a leader through awareness and honest discussion? Then, YES!
What are the retreats like?
The "Unlock Your Influence" retreats cater to a small group of women at each event.
The Salem, Oregon, location provides patios and space to enjoy large trees, nature, and fresh air.
This retreat takes place over the span of 2 full days and 1 night. You'll have time to reflect on your leadership practice, your goals, and all the power you hold inside you. Activities will typically run from 9 AM-6 PM, with the possibility of a movie at night.
This is an intimate gathering of women looking to invest in themselves as leaders with the many hats we wear. Our leadership may be in our organizations, community activities, and even our homes. We’ll dive deep into the challenges we’ve faced, and we’ll celebrate YOU and everything you’ve accomplished to be here.
