LIZ HATCHER | FOUNDER + CEO

Liz Hatcher an entrepreneur and creative at heart, with a diverse background in marketing, association management, and event production across multiple industries. She built Women to Women Network because she believes there is opportunity everywhere you look and in everything you do - it just takes a little creative thinking and finding the right team who challenge and support you. She loves finding opportunities to build women up and help them propel forward in their goals and careers.

    Kelly MacLeod has been a part of WtoWN since the very beginning. When she first started attending events, she immediately asked how she could be more involved and how she could bring more value to the organization. She has a strong passion for the membership and is always looking for ways to elevate what we offer our members. Kelly brings a membership perspective to all conversations and levels up our team.

    Julie Waters came to WtoWN and the first thing she did was ask questions. Her thoughtful and thorough nature immediately caught the attention of the Regional Director in her area. Julie is passionate about people and fundamentals. She is the rudder that steers the ship and keeps us on track by creating and maintaining operational processes that provide support and clear direction for growth.

    Davina Ware is a woman you never forget after you meet her. Davina has a heart of gold and a passion for development. Her background in leadership development and coaching made her the ideal person to help lead and drive the success of our Virtual Programming. Her bright smile (and correlating wardrobe) and can-do attitude are the perfect example of the WtoWN mission and values.

    Hali Carson is a natural creative and planner-extraordinaire. Whether she is DIY-ing her next home project or the mastermind behind a big event, she is dedicated to the best outcome. Hali embodies all of the WtoWN Core Values and leads from a place of compassion and integrity. Her ability to get in the weeds and create a masterpiece make her an ideal addition to the national virtual team.
