THE ROLE MINDFULNESS PLAYS IN YOUR FITNESS

In the bustling world of fitness and well-being, mindfulness is something that's rarely talked about. However, it's an ally in your efforts towards long-term health and vitality. Defined as the practice of being fully present and engaged in the moment, mindfulness in fitness creates a deeper connection with the body, enabling you to listen to its cues and honor its needs with compassion and understanding. In the realm of fitness, this translates to exercising with intentionality, tuning in to the sensations of movement, and respecting the body's limits to prevent injury and burnout.

By including mindfulness techniques in your fitness journey, you can reduce stress levels, enhance mood, and promote mental clarity.
In this session, you will:

  • Find freedom and results in learning to focus your attention

  • Identify what you can let go of by narrowing where you put forth your effort, lessening your guilt, stress, and the feeling of always being behind

  • Take back your time by quieting the noise around your health

How to Attract Ideal Clients with a 1-Minute Talk: The 4 Parts of a Talk that Gets You to 6-Figures (without overwhelm or sounding salesy)

Most solopreneurs are passionate about helping others. Sadly, according to Forbes, shockingly few will make any real or consistent income. The details of running a business leave them chronically overwhelmed, and the thought of “selling” makes them run screaming. This changes when they see how a short message, focused on four key emotions (backed by neuroscience), inspires right-fit clients to want to work with them, credit card in hand.

Marina’s talks are highly engaging, humorous, and raw. Audience participation is encouraged throughout. She weaves in case studies, testimonials, stories, and key tips audience members can use right away.

Workshop Highlights

  • How a 1-Minute Talk can become a $200,000 yearly income for a solopreneur.

  • The 4 KEY EMOTIONS that make your talk profitable (and the neuroscience behind them).

  • The ONE WORD your client secretly hopes you’ll say (too many entrepreneurs miss this and lose at least $17,000 per year).

  • The #1 mistake that kills talks and leaves you empty-handed.

About our speaker…

Marina Stamos
Speaker, Coach, and Founder
The One-Minute Talk for Client Attraction

After recovering from face-down failure, Marina Stamos, creator of the science-based 1-Minute Talk®️, built a multiple 6-figure business and became a globally recognized speaking-to-income coach and speech writer.

She is an Emmy-nominated TV news writer who has spoken on stages around the world. She once walked into a telephone pole while obsessing about the words her clients would speak to attract premium clients.

She also obsesses about being a mom, wife, dog mom, and LGBTQ+ ally, and can be seen walking for blocks (and blocks) in search of the perfect oat milk latte.

Join us for a guided conversation about burnout and how to know it, see it, and stop it with Cassaundra Hanson, licensed therapist and owner of Carving Rivers Counseling.

Everyone is encouraged and welcome to contribute to the conversation. Members and Guests are welcome.

About our Speaker…

Cassaundra Hanson
CEO/ Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Carving Rivers Counseling

The key to change is awareness. That's where I come in! I provide a deep dive with a real person to work with individuals and couples through their trauma, over the hurdles, and carving a path to a life that feels authentic and empowering!

Meanwhile, I am a wife and mother to 3 boys under 5, two identities that bring me joy while simultaneously driving me towards a margarita! I have a Bachelor of Arts in History from San Diego State University and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. Before starting my own private practice, I worked for a Non-Profit specializing in helping underserved children, teens, and families navigate poverty, trauma, and the justice system to build more emotionally stable and connected families.

When I am not working. I spend time with my family. We take great joy in getting outside and up in the mountains camping, hiking, and exploring. When it's too cold to do that, I love to cook (no such thing as too much butter or garlic), baking, and gathering with friends!
