ABOUT OUR HOST

April Young | Stage Savvy Speakers

I am a Mindset and Communication Coach, classically trained musician, and former United States Marine helping women entrepreneurs build high-impact connections through improved communication! By focusing on their strengths, finding their voice, building confidence in their communication, and breaking through their mindset blocks around communicating, women have the power to create change and build incredible legacies. Our voices, our words, and our messages matter and it is more important than ever for women to step up and speak their truths.

Services included 1 on 1 coaching/consulting, proofreading, and public speaking.

NONPROFIT SPOTLIGHT

Oregon Wild

Oregon Wild works to protect and restore Oregon’s wildlands, wildlife, and waters as an enduring legacy for future generations.

Founded in 1974, Oregon Wild represents the fish and wildlife, ancient forests, and rich diversity of public lands and landscapes that make this Oregon so special. They work to protect and restore the parts of the natural world that do not have a human voice while not forgetting that humans are interconnected with nature and its systems. They advocate for Oregon’s unique environments through a combination of education, public communications, direct lobbying, grassroots activism, and partnering with and elevating allied groups and voices.
