Mulberry Talent Partners was established in 2017 by Lauren Francis. Lauren possesses over 25 years of experience in the placement and recruitment industry. She is the founder/Former CEO of Town & Country Resources, which she grew into the most successful domestic staffing firm in the country prior to selling the company in 2004. Over the past 10 years, Lauren focused on corporate placements as she led the Recruiting Division of a consulting firm in Portland. Lauren has an extensive and well-established network that provides Mulberry’s clients with unparalleled access to top-tier candidates.
Kristen McConnell

Kristen is the Chief Operating Officer & Talent Advisor at Mulberry Talent Partners. She is an industry leader in the field of staffing and recruitment, with over 25 years of experience. Prior to joining Mulberry in June of 2021, Kristen progressively built her career with an esteemed Pacific Northwest staffing agency, beginning as a Recruiting Coordinator and ultimately becoming an Area Manager for Portland’s Westside. During her career, she has proactively engaged and formed networking opportunities with industry colleagues, firmly believing together, we can do more to support the hiring needs of our clients and our job seekers in their quest to develop their careers. She has served in volunteer leadership roles with our local and national staffing associations.
