About Her Clients & Customers
My clients typically live busy lifestyles, don't have the desire or time to cook, and are tired of greasy takeout, bulk-prepared catering, and underwhelming frozen dinners. Many of them have dietary restrictions or want healthier choices for themselves and their families. They want high-quality food without compromising on flavor or convenience, and they want to free themselves from mealtime stress while enjoying scrumptious and healthy food.
I also serve families celebrating special occasions and out-of-town visitors who want to enjoy amazing culinary adventures made with the highest-quality PNW ingredients, as well as athletes and high-performance individuals who want the best food to fuel their bodies.

Whether I am helping my clients with weekly meal planning and prep or stepping in to help with a special occasion, I love crafting creative recipes that showcase wholesome food as scrumptious and flavorful dishes. Specializing in organic, nutrient-dense dishes that are naturally gluten and dairy-free, we turn their meals and special occasions into nourishing culinary experiences.
I offer an in-home personal chef service for dinner parties and weekly meal prep where we craft gourmet, wellness-promoting dishes. I take parties to the next level by starting with customized menu planning according to the vision and dietary preferences of the client. I then source the highest quality organic ingredients, including microgreens and herbs from our hydroponic farm for a true farm-to-table experience.
On the scheduled day, I cook right in the client's kitchen for the freshest result, bringing my chef's kit of essential tools and fresh spices to ensure unforgettable flavors. From intimate dinner parties, to fun pre-wedding events including bachelorette parties, to elegant lunches, my service provides a stress-free and memorable experience.
For weekly meal prep, I prepare a week's worth of meals for the client and pack them in their fridge for their family to enjoy at their convenience.
How She Got Here
I've had an unconventional journey: I traveled the world playing poker professionally for 6 years. It became a quest for peak mental and physical performance that led to my focus on optimizing my diet to make sure I perform and feel my best. It also sparked my passion for incorporating a wide range of spices and herbs from around the world into my food, creating dishes that are as amazing for you as they taste.
Over the years, as I experimented with all sorts of ingredients and culinary techniques, I realized that many everyday foods are merely survival food, not actually designed for optimal nutrition or taste. With today’s incredible access to healthy ingredients and modern cooking methods, I saw an opportunity to elevate everyday dining into special nourishing experiences.
I started by hosting gourmet dinner parties for friends, and I got so much wonderful feedback including requests to cook for private clients. That led me to establish my own business as a personal chef, where I now have the joy of creating nutritious, flavor-packed food for clients that transform their dining experiences and enriching their lives.

Unlike standard commercial cooking, I'm dedicated to creating nutritious food that's organic, gluten-free, and dairy-free. My approach is farm-to-table style highlighting locally grown ingredients with a twist: I incorporate a diverse range of spices and flavors from around the world so that each dish is flavorful and scrumptious. My food is custom prepared according to each client's preferences and has no need for the excessive use of fat, salt, and sugar rampant in commercial cooking, opting instead for the vibrant flavors of nature.
