Our Hosts

MEAGHAN ORRALL | OWNER | PARALLEL 42 CONSULTING

I am a CPA with over 10 years of experience. I started my accounting career at PwC, auditing large public and private asset management firms in Boston and throughout New England. Big 4 accounting specializes in technical accounting for large, multinational organizations. The story in those financials is lost. I left PwC to work in an industry with a more tangible, identifiable service: healthcare. I started working for the Faculty Practice Foundation associated with Boston Medical Center: a premier trauma hospital catering to the underserved population in the Boston Metro Area. Here I learned the intricacies associated with medical practice management. I participated in the revenue cycle optimization committee, implemented revenue cycle, general ledger and financial planning systems, reviewed physician compensation models; developed a cohesive investment strategy for each practice and learned the nuances of over 20 medical specialties.

DIANE MOFFAT | VP RETAIL SALES | DL EVANS BANK

I pride myself as an experienced Banker who enjoys taking care of the clients. I judge my success on the success of my clients and the team. If I do not have a solution I know where to get it to get it. I am very involved in the surrounding community. Working one on one or with a group is something that I enjoy.

Some of my specialties are Team Development, Coaching, Teaching, Commercial lending and overall relationship building.

THE MENTORING NETWORK

The Mission of The Mentoring Network, Inc. is to provide school-based, direct-to-youth mentoring that will improve life outcomes for vulnerable and disengaged children by developing resilience skills, supporting the development of personal strengths, and increasing self-sufficiency.

The Mentoring Network incorporates programming based on the principle that all young people have a need for caring people and challenging possibilities in their lives.  Reflection, youth voice, and positive relationships with adults are experiences considered to be important factors in producing effective student learning.  The MN believes that resilience is not a genetic trait that only a few “superkids” possess. Rather, when provided with a caring environment, high expectations and meaningful opportunities, youth have an inborn capacity for self-righting and for transformation.
