Amber relocated back to her home state of Idaho to join Horizon Credit Union. In her role as Regional vice president, she is agile and enthusiastic and enjoys helping her communities follow their financial path with our purpose. As a seasoned vice president, she has NY big banking experience while maintaining her roots.
Amber provides innovation and creativity as a leader, and says it has played a major role in the success of her region and Horizon Credit Union as a whole. She loves creating thought leadership and challenging her teams to be problem-solvers using their unique and diverse talents to exceed expectations. Faces of Hope serves men, women, and children experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, stalking, or human trafficking. Their dedicated team wraps around an individual or family and provides crisis intervention services to stabilize them, at no cost.
They Provide:
Safety planning, protection orders, and legal aid
Crisis counseling and support groups
Classes and case management
Emergency assistance with food, gas, shelter, clothing, diapers, transportation to flee, lock changes, pepper spray, cell phones, and other basic necessities
Referrals to community resources, including financial literacy classes, employment assistance, job training, food stamps, food banks, crime victims’ compensation, and other public assistance programs.
