  • Jodi Wellman, author of “You Only Die Once,” describes herself as a corporate executive who smartened up and became an executive coach, and then really smartened up and became a 'stop squandering your life' coach.

    Jodi specializes in and studies the lively topic of mortality to inspire people to “live life like they mean it” and help people make the most of their lives.

    Jodi earned her Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, studying happiness with the world’s top researchers on what makes life worth living. She also is an Assistant Instructor and trainer in the world-renowned Penn Resilience Program.

    Jodi is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from CTI, specializing in 1:1 coaching. With over 25 years of executive leadership experience, Jodi understands what it’s like to be swept off your feet by the amazingness of a meaningful job that fills you with energy and also to have your soul snuffed out of you by a job that robs you of the chance to experience even a wee bit of joy.

    When she’s not coaching people and teaching them how to live their best possible lives, Jodi and her (along with their feline son) split our time between Palm Springs, California, and Chicago.

  • Jen Mueller is an Emmy-award-winning producer and sports broadcaster. She is heading into her 15th season as the Seattle Seahawks sideline radio reporter and is a member of the Seattle Mariners television broadcast team on ROOT SPORTS. Jen specializes in building relationships, delivering meaningful content in short bursts from the sidelines, and dodging Gatorade baths during post-game interviews. 

    Throughout her 23-year career, Jen has been on the sidelines of NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, and college football and basketball games. In 2022, she was honored for her work in the industry as the recipient of the Keith Jackson Media Excellence Award presented by the Seattle Sports Commission. 

    In addition to her work on the sidelines, Jen is established as a business communication expert and the founder of Talk Sporty to Me. She delivers keynote presentations that motivate and inspire. Jen works with companies that want to level up their communication skills and provides actionable conversation strategies based on her locker room experiences and interviewing skills. You could say it’s an outside-the-box approach. Jen would call it thinking outside the box scores, and she’s outlined her approach in the three books she’s published.

    Jen is also the executive producer, host, and creator of “I Cook, You Measure,” a cooking show that’s part cooking instruction, part entertainment, and all about connecting over food and wine. The show debuted on YouTube in February 2023. 

    And none of this was on her radar when she graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2000 with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Public Policy.

  • Emily Purry is a certified Drug and Alcohol counselor with a Master’s Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She founded Purry Consultants to advocate for disability rights and provide support to members of the disabled community.

     

    Emily has direct experience living with a disability as well as caring for a disabled individual. When she was a child, she was diagnosed with Stargardt disease. This disease afflicts the eyes and renders her legally blind. Later, when she became a parent, she learned how to raise a child that had been diagnosed with autism.

     

    As a professional speaker and corporate life strategy coach Emily has spent her career working to educate, support, and provide guidance. With the establishment of Purry Consultants, that mission has taken on a greater scope than ever before.

  • Beth joined the Oregon Business Resource Center team in March 2023. She has lived in Oregon since 1995 and appreciates the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Beth has several years of Career Services and Business Development experience and has partnered with small and large businesses to improve recruiting, hiring, training, and staff development. She has a passion for helping others succeed as she enjoys connecting with business leaders and helping them solve today's challenges.

    Beth is currently attending George Fox University studying Organizational Leadership and is a volunteer for Dress for Success Oregon. She was an active member of the Portland Human Resources Management Association and has worked with organizations such as Portland Women in Technology, and the PDX Veterans in Technology. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, kayaking, tennis, and traveling.

  • Daron Deonier is a personal stylist and owner of The Difference , a clothing boutique with retail locations in Vancouver , WA and Lake Oswego, OR, as well as online. When she's not styling a client you’ll find her hiking with my husband and notoriously adorable doodle or crafting a new recipe. Travel fuels Daron's soul and she always return home with new inspirations for her aesthetic tool box.

    Daron studied apparel design at Washington State University and loves the immense possibilities within The Difference to create your own style story that is unique and effortlessly chic.

  • Amy Grabenkort is a leadership and vibrancy coach, and trusted ally. With the wisdom of decades of successful leadership and entrepreneurship experience, Amy champions women in leadership to lead wisely, on purpose, with confidence and clarity.

    Amy also teaches group fitness classes that simply leave you feeling better than you did when you got there. As she puts it, "it's like moving life coaching and it's my soul in action. It's approachable. Fun."

  • Allison is an interpersonal communication coach and trainer, and veteran public speaker both nationally and internationally. Based in Oregon City, Oregon, Allison brings the insights she learned from her 20 years working with the animal kingdom to her work with people, helping them learn how instinct plays a role in human communication.

    As the founder and CEO of Lioness Communication, Allison provides coaching and consulting to equip leaders with the tools and perspectives to have clear, proactive communication as well as effectively navigate hard conversations. She works with leaders looking to enhance their own work as well as guide the employees who report up to them. She gets in your head to help you look at things from a different perspective. She helps companies retain employees by shifting communication dynamics from punitive to collaborative. This results in a culture of trust and respect where organizations reduce turnover and increase revenue.

  • Victoria Long is known as the strategy savant. As a strategy coach for owners and executives, she brings deep expertise to growing businesses. Her mother, hailing from six generations of Californians, and her father, a political refugee from Yugoslavia (new Serbia), bestowed upon her a unique connection to the wider world. This cultural amalgamation allowed Darina to effortlessly navigate between different perspectives, becoming fluent in both languages and immersing herself in the rich tapestry of dual cultural influences.

    Her journey truly began after high school when Darina set out to quench her thirst for global experiences. Guided by her creative spirit, she embarked on a path as a freelance graphic designer, using her skills to tell stories visually.   • LaTosha Wilson is a wife and mom of 3 beautiful girls. She is a computer geek turned fitness instructor turned entrepreneur. LaTosha began teaching fitness in 2005. Since then she has created and co-created some of the most sought after premier lifestyle and fitness brands including Pardio Fitness®, Hip Hop HIITs® and Fitness for Followers™. LaTosha's motto is "learn, do and teach". She has a growth mindset so she is always seeking the latest and greatest when it comes to living a healthier lifestyle. Liz loves to discover opportunities that help others move forward and she enjoy finding new ways to take full advantage of the resources around us.

    Erin is a creative thinker who always seeks ways to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to projects.

    In her role as CCBO, Erin leads the charge on anything and everything that is tied to and helps to solidify the brand of WtoWN. She leverages her extensive background in design, campaign development, communication strategy, and digital marketing to continue to elevate WotWN and increase the exposure of our thriving and growing community of incredible women.

    In addition to her role at WtoWN, she serves as the President of the Board for the Idaho Behavioral Health Association.

    As a 3rd generation Idahoan and OG Boisean, Erin loves exploring the outdoors with her husband Jason, rock climbing, river rafting, or hiking with their dogs, Penny and Asher.

    Kelly has a background in Real Estate, education, and community engagement. She has been a part of WtoWN since the early years and has a passion for creating opportunities for women within our community.

    In her role as CMO, Kelly spearheads every program, professional development opportunity, and the overall experience in being a Member of WtoWN. Everything she does is centered at ensuring our Members are getting increasing value out of their membership and that our Directors have dynamic support from our team.

    When she's not thinking about how to continually improve the WtoWN experience, Kelly is passionate about her family which includes her husband, Rob, 14yo daughter, Killian and their dogs, Frank & Maple. Kelly loves to take walks in and around Portland. As a native Oregonian, our state's beauty never ceases to amaze! Kelly is consistently working toward a more inclusive, equitable & just community.

    Developing people and process brings Julie joy, but pouring into women, empowering them, and seeing them accomplish the things they didn't believe they could, lights her up.

    In her role with WtoWN, she is the rudder that steers the ship by creating and implementing processes that not only help streamline operations internally, but are also centered in ensuring Members and future Members have a white-glove experience with WtoWN.

    Prior to joining the WtoWN Executive Team, Julie spent 16 years in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, where she worked in the business as their Director of Talent, Training, Culture & Operations and as a National Business Manager on their sales team. She worked on the business through operational optimization and people operations with a focus on people development and organizational support.

    As a native Idahoan and Boisean, Julie loves spending time outdoors with her husband, their grown kids, and dogs. You're most likely to find them golfing, paddle boarding, camping, or fishing. Equally, Julie loves staying indoors with a good book and a glass of wine.
