Who are your clients/customers?
My clients and customers are generally female solo entrepreneurs. I currently work with a lot of coaches and consultants in fields like travel planning, marketing, podcasting, and more.
How do you help your clients/customers?
I take on tasks that my clients don’t have time for or don’t want to do. I can help with social media management, administrative tasks like scheduling, email and calendar management, and video and audio editing. I like to fit a wide array of work into my day.
What brought you to this line of work?
I have spent the majority of my adult life as a stay-at-home mom. When my youngest started kindergarten in the fall of 2020 I had plans to work, but of course, the pandemic got in the way. I was struggling with this detour, so when my friend asked if I’d like to be her virtual assistant I jumped on it. I realized it was something I really enjoyed and I feel lucky to have happened upon this path!
What brings you joy?
I know how it feels to have a dreaded item weighing down my to-do list, so it’s rewarding to relieve someone else of that feeling. Helping people to find pleasure in their work again makes me so happy.
What defines you and your business?
I am constantly willing to learn. I often have clients using new programs and I’m always willing to give them a try. Most of the time I figure it out and get to add a new “tool” to my kit. If it’s too far out of my wheelhouse, I’m sure to point my clients in the right direction.
What's the most important thing you want people to know about you and your business?
You don’t have to do it all yourself. I’m here to help you continue to grow and find joy in what you do. I take on the tasks you don’t like to do and believe it or not, I LIKE TO DO THEM!
