Oregon is where the Women to Women Network was created in 2019. It has grown into a thriving Region in the Portland Metro area with five thriving Chapters, and that growth is projected to continue even further in 2024. The women leading and participating in these Regions have a strong passion for WtoWN and have curated content that resonates with entrepreneurs and executives across the west side of the state. KELLY MACLEOD

PORTLAND METRO REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Kelly has been with Women to Women Network since its early years, and has poured her heart into how she leads her Region. Her passion for building up members and ensuring they are getting the most value out of our events and programs is unlike any other and make her leadership invaluable to WtoWN.
RASHELLE NEWMYER

PORTLAND METRO REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Rashelle is a natural born leader with an infectious laugh and sunny smile. She is creative and thoughtful and the first to offer help when asked. Rashelle has been serving Women to Women Network for several years, providing her insight and offering her skills wherever they are needed. She is the rarest of rare: a dreamer and a doer. She is full of ideas and the tenacity to see those ideas through. We are grateful for her leadership every day.
ALLISON KEELEY

REGIONAL MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR
Allison leads by example, and we all grow when we are with her. She is energetic and passionate about people and animals alike. Allison is quick to lend a hand and truly has a heart to give back. She asks the best questions that help us all gain clarity and focus. We have learned so much about effective communication in the time Allison has been a member and leader. Her skills are unmatched.
MICHELLE FITZGERALD

PDX REGIONAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Michelle is a special soul; her genuine nature and commitment to her clients comes through in everything she does. Michelle has made it her mission to serve those around her and make a positive impact in her community. She is full of optimism and a willingness to serve. She is eager to learn new things and brings that curiosity to Women to Women Network every day. The PDX Chapter is so lucky to have her!
ANGIE GORDON

PDX REGIONAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Angie embraced the Women to Women Network philosophy of stepping into leadership and helped launch the PDX Chapter. She turned her own growth into support for others to step outside of their comfort zone. Angie is an inviting and friendly presence with a deep desire for others to connect with their community. Angie is a lovely blend of creative and pragmatic and we are lucky to have her as a leader.
KRISTY GRIFFIN

PDX METRO SW REGIONAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Kristy is the newest edition to the Portland Metro Region and bings her positive outlook and warm smile to her Chapter. Fun and play are often seen in the twinkle in her eye and the quirk of her smile. She is eager to share in the joys of living with purpose and intention. Kristy is passionate about supporting women in showing up as their authentic selves and brings that passion to Women to Women Network.
TERRI BEARDSLEY

PDX METRO SW REGIONAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Terri has been a member of Women to Women Network from the very beginning. She is a vocal supporter of our members and the organization as we grow, and is committed to supporting women through health and wellness as well as encouraging us all to try new things. Terri leads the PDX SW Chapter with heart and an innate desire to connect women to other women to strengthen their businesses.

GaSandra is an enthusiastic champion of Women to Women Network. She brings energy to every event and leads with her heart. She is committed to her clients just as she is to our members. We are grateful for her thoughtful nature and willingness to step in whenever we need an extra hand.

YAMHILL CO REGIONAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Danielle has been an integral part of shaping Women to Women Network. She worked closely with Liz as the early ideas were being formed. We wouldn't be who we are without Danielle. As the Co-Director of the Yamhill County Chapter she is leading by example. She is warm and inviting with the sole intention of making strong connections.

Tina takes great pride in connecting with her community and she has been a great supporter of Women to Women Network. She brings these two together through her love of building relationships to the Yamhill County chapter. She is thoughtful and eager to spotlight women in business.
