Nicole Codling is a dynamic entrepreneur, single mom, and personal growth enthusiast with a passion for empowering others.  As a representative for Globe Life Family Heritage, Nicole specializes in providing supplemental insurance solutions that bring families and businesses peace of mind during life's unexpected moments. 

With an entrepreneurial spirit and a heart for connection, Nicole thrives on helping others protect what matters most while building meaningful relationships.  Beyond her business, Nicole is the proud mom of a daughter, a teenage son, and a beloved pup, Little Miss Molly.  She's a paddleboarding enthusiast who finds joy and balance on the Willamette River. 

Nicole's mission extends beyond insurance--she dreams of launching her own boutique hotel brand, The Unseen, a concept that she first envisioned at 25.  Originally catering to the "elite of elite" in an unpretentious, magnificent, and calming way, The Unseen has evolved into a broader quest to uplift those often overlooked in life: the elderly, underdogs and single mothers.  Nicole's vision includes establishing a foundation at each hotel to provide meaningful support to these groups, creating not just places to stay but spaces for connection and transformation.
