With over 17 years of healthcare experience spanning emergency medicine, primary care, and functional medicine, she specializes in metabolic health, hormone optimization, and stress management. Known for her personalized and evidence-based approach, Stacy is passionate about empowering patients to take control of their health through connection, education, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

She is also a sought-after speaker and educator, offering guidance to both patients and healthcare providers. When she’s not working, Stacy enjoys spending time with her dog Oliver, the "Chief Security Officer" of her practice.
