About Our Hostess…
Kim Elder
Owner, Transaction Coordinator
Bridgetown Files
Kim Elder started Bridgetown Files - an independent real estate transaction coordinating business - in 2018. Today, Kim and her team serve a large team of agents from different brokerages all over Oregon and Washington. Combined, Kim's team brings 20+ years in the industry!
Bridgetown's mission is to walk alongside agents through each transaction, providing excellent timeline tracking, paperwork coordination, and ultimately a perfect file with a green light from compliance. With a Bridgetown coordinator on your team, it will allow you to embrace your newfound free time and spend it doing what you love!
When Kim is not behind her computer screen, you will find her spending time with her family. She is a mama and step-mama to three kiddos (21, 16, and 8) and dog mama to one Bernedoodle. Kim and her husband love camping, road trips, paddle boarding in the summer, and snowshoeing Mt. Hood in the winter! When they are not at home in Milwaukie, OR, you will likely find them out on their property at Lake Billy Chinook in central OR.
