The monthly Women to Women Network Leadership Forum is a roundtable discussion tailored specifically to women in executive positions within their organizations. The discussions are designed to inspire personal and professional development and foster growth through shared wisdom, new ideas, and perspectives.

The monthly forums offer a safe environment for being genuine and vulnerable, letting you lean into your own strengths and the power of a community of growth-minded and supportive women.

This month's discussion topic: How We Define Leadership.

Everyone will have the opportunity to contribute to the conversation as we explore our roles as leaders, the challenges we face, and how stepping into leadership has impacted us personally and professionally.

Everyone will also have the opportunity to share triumphs they are celebrating or challenges they may be facing. This is a safe place to problem-solve, ask for help, share best practices, and learn from each other!

The Leadership Forums are exclusively for female founders, executives, managers, and owners of companies that are either in the scaling and growth phase, building their operational team, or have a minimum of 5 employees and are in at least their fifth year of business.
