MELINDA HOLMES ABOVE THE LEAD

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Melinda Holmes, a LinkedIn Consultant at Above the Lead, has had an entrepreneurial spirit since middle school. Her journey in the professional and entrepreneurial world has seen many starts, stops, and twists.

For over 20 years, she worked in customer service within the insurance and tech industries while launching various side businesses, including cake decorating, catering, and holistic counseling. Significant personal losses and health challenges led her to make radical changes to her life, resulting in a more focused, patient, and self-loving approach.

As a LinkedIn Consultant, Melinda combines her customer service expertise with holistic coaching to help entrepreneurs excel. She specializes in simplifying outreach and increasing meaningful connections on LinkedIn. Melinda has completed two certifications from leading LinkedIn marketing agencies, mastering engagement strategies and content creation.
