Leverage Your Energy and Up Your Game

How do you show up? Do you know how to tap into your own energy to really “up your game” and create the business and the life you want?

Each of us has a unique combination of seven levels of energy that shape how we view the world and how we live our lives. Our energy also determines our ability to lead people, including ourselves, to take positive, productive, and sustainable action and create the life we want.

Learning how to raise your energy levels can lead to greater levels of satisfaction in the areas of finances, relationships, personal development, achievement, and much more!

Join us for Coffee & Conversation and networking with other women in business as we dive into this topic with Karin Calde, Ph.D., and Relationship Coach at Wildwood Coaching and Consulting. She will lead us through a dynamic discussion around:

  • Making the seven levels of energy come alive for you in a relatable, concrete way

  • How these energy levels shift when you’re under stress

  • Different factors that can help you raise your energy levels and experience more success and life satisfaction

You will come away with new information and connections to help move your business forward!

About our speaker…

Karin Calde, Ph.D.
Wildwood Coaching & Consulting

Karin earned her Ph.D. in 2010 and recently completed her coach training. In between, she worked as a therapist, homeschooled two of her three kids, led support groups for new moms with Baby Blues Connection, and became an academic coach for teens. Most importantly, she focused on her own personal growth. She most recently turned her attention to helping people improve their relationships with their families, business associates, and themselves. She has a particular understanding of stepfamilies.

While in graduate school, Karin developed an expertise in a variety of psychological assessment tools. This fed her most recent interest in the Energy Leadership Index (ELI), an attitudinal index that helps people recognize their strengths and what might be holding them back from realizing their full potential in all areas of their lives.

Karin lives with her husband and three kids in the Portland metro area. When the pandemic hit, Karin started a grassroots group, “Team Beaverton,” a group of over 1000 neighbors who help others in Washington County who struggle to meet their basic needs. For fun, she sings locally in a classic rock cover band and an 80s cover band.
