Guiding Difficult Conversations
Ever find yourself in the uncomfortable position of having to share not so great news with a client, customer or friend? What about talking to an unhappy customer or disgruntled employee? Or maybe you’ve found yourself at odds with someone and you just can’t seem to get on the same page without the conversation going sideways.
We’ve all been there. Sadly, many of us "avoid" having those difficult conversations, leaving issues unresolved rather than constructively working through conflict or misunderstandings. But when those difficult conversations are handled appropriately, you can turn a difficult conversation into an opportunity to resolve issues and develop deeper connections.
If this sounds like you, then join us for Coffee & Conversation with expert interpersonal communication coach, Allison Keeley, MS.
You will learn tips on how to positively guide a difficult conversation and how to invite and receive honest feedback. You’ll also get to network and make new connections with other women!

Lioness Communication Coaching
Allison Keeley is an interpersonal communication coach focused on helping people gain the insights, skills, and strategies that they were never taught about communication so they can successfully navigate both day-to-day communication and the difficult conversations in their lives. She coaches both individuals and pairs of people who know that an outside perspective will provide the necessary clarity to navigate the emotional blindness that most people develop in highly charged situations. When working with pairs, she facilitates and mediates their difficult conversations to achieve successful resolution.
The unique approach that Allison uses combines insights from her more than 20 years working in the animal kingdom with her own knowledge, skills, and intuition, helping people bridge the gaps created by communication misses that are often a result of our animal instincts. She shares insights and observations into what causes conversation to get lost in translation and helps resolve those repetitive conversations that inevitably turn into disagreements and fractured relationships.
Allison is an experienced communication coach and trainer. She is also veteran public speaker, both nationally and internationally, and has degrees in Social-Psycho Linguistics, Exotic Animal Training and Management, and Natural and Applied Science. Allison owns Lioness Communication Coaching which she recently relocated from California to Oregon City, Oregon.
