Guest coach, Heather McDaniel, founder of Invincible Women Fitness Academy and a certified Nutrition Coach, will be leading the nutrition coaching. She empowers women to regain their strength, confidence, and health. She always considered herself to be an athlete yet struggled with balancing health with building a business. Her journey led her to take control of her life again and regain her own health, strength, and confidence.
Aesha Tahir, founder of Tone and Strengthen, an exercise scientist and personal trainer, will be leading the fitness coaching. Aesha believes that living a life full of vitality requires a connection between mind, body, and soul. She loves inspiring others to lead a courageous life by becoming stronger and better versions of themselves.
