This is an intimate leadership development opportunity for women looking to invest in their growth and reflection.

For adult women in leadership roles that are interested in investing in their soul growth as a leader, woman and all the other hats we wear. We will focus on growth mindset, heart of peace, leveling up our leadership through awareness and honest safe discussion.

This is small groups of women at each retreat. The Salem location provides patios and space to enjoy large trees, nature and fresh air.

2 days and 1 nights to carve out time to reflect on your practice, your goals and all the power you hold inside you. Food, accommodations, and all workshop material is included.

Please note that every participant has a private bed, but not a private room. You do have the option to not sleep over, but we strongly encourage the time to be disconnected from your day to day.

When was the last time you had a sleepover and laughed and connected and felt your soul grow, becoming grounded in nature, your strengths and the dreams we push to the side for the daily grind.
