DeMythifying Reverse Mortgages: Useful & Safe

By 2030 about 1 in every 5 of us will be over 60. Of this age group, more than half have no savings. But about 80% have homes.

Learning how older homeowners can access their equity to sustain themselves is a financial education we all deserve. Help your family members, colleagues, and yourself!

This presentation will be a story-laden talk in plain English with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and learn more about reverse mortgages' pros and cons.

Get ready to learn about:

  • What reverse mortgages are and how they work.

  • The needs that a reverse mortgage can fill.

  • Why they are being integrated into retirement planning now.

You won’t want to miss this discussion, and bring your questions! Members and guests are welcome to attend this presentation and networking opportunity.
