Silver Star Physical Therapy
Silver Star Physical Therapy is an independent direct-pay physical therapy clinic where the mission is to partner with and advocate for patients, provide the highest quality care, and defy expectations.
First, a little background about me: I grew up in Battle Ground and played basketball at Prairie High School. I then went on to play for 4 years at The Master’s University while earning my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2014. After graduating, I started physical therapy graduate school at George Fox University and earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017. Following that, I worked for a hospital based PT clinic for nearly 5 years where I was able to be mentored by some wonderful therapists and learn a lot about the physical therapy industry. During that time, I specialized in orthopedics and sports, vertigo/vestibular rehab, balance, and concussion therapy as well as becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
All of those experiences have brought me to where I am now: Silver Star Physical Therapy. After spending time working in a traditional insurance-based clinic, it became clear there is room for improvement in the structure of how PT is done. I was inspired to open a clinic where the formula is simple: the focus is solely on the patient and what you need to get better. It’s my belief that your care is more important than an insurance company’s guidelines. Therefore, at Silver Star PT, there’s only ever two cooks in the kitchen: you and me. Quality matters over quantity and your goals drive what we do. Come see the difference and don’t settle for “good enough”.
