THE NEXT CHAPTER

My, how time flies! Two years ago, when I raised my hand and asked what it would take to bring Women to Women Network to Idaho, I had no idea what it would grow into and how much it would come to mean to me. Stepping into leadership has profoundly affected me and has been incredibly rewarding. These past two years have also instilled in me a deep love and passion for the Women to Women Network, our Idaho Leadership Team, and the incredible women I have had the honor of meeting. 

The future looks bright, and while I am sad my term is ending, I am excited about this incredible organization's continued growth, new programs, and national trajectory. I am honored that I was able to play a part in helping to build what the Idaho Region is today, and I am so proud of the work the Leadership Team has done in just the last year—both the original Idaho launch team and the current team. 

Because this team is so strong, the task of finding the next Regional Director for Idaho was easy. Emily Romero, who has served as Canyon County Chapter Director for over a year, will be stepping into the role of your Regional Director. Emily leads with her heart and has a capacity for compassion and kindness that is truly unmatched. Her positive attitude and love for WtoWN will make her an incredible leader for the Region—I can’t wait to see what she does with this dynamic team!

While I am saying farewell to my leadership roles, I’m not saying goodbye! I look forward to seeing all of you at the next event and enjoying everything the Women to Women Network has to offer as a Member. Thank you for letting me be your Regional Director, Idaho. Here’s to the next chapter!
