About our hostess…

Lucinda Hage
Owner, CEO, Principal Broker
Coldwell Banker Professional Group

Lucinda Hage is a native Oregonian who grew up on a ranch in central Oregon. She has a background in the emergency medical field, event coordination, and hospitality. She became a Realtor in 2005 after moving to the Portland metro area and went to work for Coldwell Banker as a full-time agent/realtor with the plan to work into management. In 2009 she bought a 7-agent Coldwell Banker office in Newberg, OR. The company currently has 6 locations, with 100+ agents, and continues to grow.

Lucinda has a great passion for working with realtors, mentoring, coaching, and growing their careers. It is a natural fit that in 2017 she joined Tom Ferry International as a professional business coach.

She loves sharing this industry with others and even teaches a real estate course for the local college. She has also been serving on her local real estate association board since 2012 and was board president 2018 and 2019.

She also is a proud mama of her seven-year-old little girl Laura.
