Kim McKay

Kim McKay made a name for herself in the PWC community, racing jet skis for 23 years, placing 4th in the world, in 2017, in the IJSBA-sanctioned World Finals, in the “women’s runabout” class. Kim mentors young racers and has taught water safety classes that were featured on FOX 12. She is certified in water rescue, has been a flagger for Professional Watercross Racing, and a contributing journalist for Pro-Rider Watercraft Magazine.
Kim’s passion is sports, and she loves baseball. She grew up with 3 brothers who all played baseball, including Allstars. “When I started racing, I had to choose a 3-digit race number – so I selected 7 for luck and 34 for Nolan Ryan, who I followed and deeply admired.”
