NONPROFIT SPOTLIGHT: FACES OF HOPE
Faces of Hope supports victims through some of life's toughest challenges. We provide help, hope, and healing to anyone who has experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, stalking, or human trafficking, completely free of charge.
When a victim arrives at Faces of Hope, they receive personalized crisis support designed to meet their unique needs. From safety planning and legal support to emotional counseling and support groups, our team stabilizes and empowers clients from day one. Our advocates, counselors, case managers, and in-house attorney work together to guide survivors on their journey to healing.
Our team also provides emergency assistance like food, clothing, and emergency shelter while connecting clients with longer-term resources through community partnerships to provide vital services like financial education and job assistance.
Faces of Hope has grown to meet the increasing needs of our community. We introduced a counseling program (2018), a legal program (2020), and case management (2021). In 2018, Faces funded the University of Idaho Family Justice Clinic for students to develop legal skills while providing free legal assistance to survivors. In January 2024, Faces opened an office in Meridian, and, on July 15, we opened a new center in downtown Boise, making hope more accessible than ever.
The services Faces of Hope provides make a difference. A recent client shared, “. . .Walking in (to Faces of Hope) is a huge step, you are doing big things. You are believed, you are allowed to feel supported and safe. These resources are for you. You are not selfish. Let them hold your hand as you find your way back to a whole you. You deserve to be your best self and to do what is needed to get there.”
Faces of Hope is committed to bringing hope to everyone who needs it.
